Iron Dominion

Iron Dominion is a strategy game about building a settlement, defending it, and slowly pushing your borders outward. What I liked is that it doesn't punish you for playing at your own pace — you can log in twice a day and still feel like you're making progress.

The tactical layer is where it shines. Placing towers, routing resources and reading enemy waves takes actual thought, and the higher difficulties force you to rethink layouts you were proud of. It's chess with a bit more shouting.

The interface is clean for a game with this many systems, which on mobile is a real achievement. My only gripe is that the early tutorial dumps a lot on you at once.
